Hello and thank you for stopping by! Let me introduce myself.
My full name from birth is Marlene Ann Dill Young Spencer Lackford. Today, I'm simply known as Spencer Lackford and everyone calls me Spence. Trust me it's a long story, so when we meet in person, I'll be glad to share my history. In the meantime, let me tell you how I got here developing this website, SheLovesToFly.com.
As you can tell by the photo, I do love to jump out of airplanes and yes, in case your wondering, it did scare the bejesus out of me. However, because it was such a rush falling to earth at the breakneck speed of 120 mph, I've committed to another jump before my "Golden Years" turn into the "Twilight Zone."
God willing, I have a few years left.
Besides tandem jumping, one of my other passions is traveling anywhere there's warm weather and palm trees. I was thrilled when Traverus Travel found me online, because not only would I have access to great travel deals; I would have the opportunity to be trained and certified as a home based travel agent. Now, I'm finding great prices on trips for myself and my clients.

It's important at this point, that I tell you my other reason for starting a home based business with Traverus.
The residual income potential.....
When I was introduced to residual income 15 yrs ago, I happen to be in a career that I loved and wasn't planning on retiring anytime soon. However, I understood that even though I was self employed, I was still trading time for money. If I didn't work, I didn't get paid. It was that reality that made me stop and listen to how residual income can positively impact, not just my own life, but thousands of others.
It was explained to me that instead of me doing 100% of the work, I would partner with 100 people doing 1% of the work and those 100 people would do the same. Then we'd all be paid a percentage of the sales on the entire team. The bigger the team the larger the paycheck and the more freedom I would have because I wasn't doing it alone. I'd be making friends, helping them to realize their dreams while each one of us were securing our future by building a residual income.
I knew, right then and there,
that multi-level marketing would be my retirement plan. However, time had to do it's magic, an with the passing of it
along with being on the other side of 50, came the urgency for me to take action. It took awhile, but my vision stayed strong
and I remained a student of this industry. I've had the pleasure of learning from some of the best and now I get to experience
the joy of coaching others to own their lives too.
